Runway1 by Wheels Up Disc Golf – Access Policy

Access and scope
Runway1 operates as a semi‑public, pay‑to‑play disc golf course. Access to the course for casual play is limited to players holding a valid day pass or season pass, and only during posted operating hours (sunrise to sunset) on days when the course is open. -
Operating season and closures

Standard hours of play are sunrise to sunset on days the course is open.

Runway1 may close or limit access during winter months, severe weather, maintenance, special events, or other operational needs at its sole discretion.

Temporary or seasonal closures do not extend pass expiration dates and do not entitle pass holders to refunds or credits.

Day pass – $3 per day

Fee: $3 per person, per day.

Validity: A day pass is valid for one calendar day for one individual and is non‑transferable and non‑refundable.

All day‑pass players must complete payment before play and be able to show proof of pass (ie. digital confirmation) upon request.

Season pass – $20 per 365 days

Fee: $20 per person for a season pass.

Term: Each season pass is valid for 365 consecutive days from the date of purchase, regardless of seasonal closures, weather, tournaments, or other interruptions to regular play.

A season pass provides unlimited casual-play access on days when Runway1 is open and during posted operating hours, subject to all course rules and any blackout dates for events

Season passes are issued to individuals, are non‑transferable, and non‑refundable. Passes may not be shared, loaned, or resold.

Runway1 may offer renewal options at the then‑current season-pass rate; renewal pricing and terms are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

Player conduct and etiquette
Day and season pass holders must follow all posted course rules and disc golf etiquette:-
Do not throw when any person, vehicle, or non‑player is within range; others have the right of way.

Maintain a reasonable pace of play and allow faster groups to play through when appropriate.

Use respectful language and keep music volume low; be considerate of neighbors and other park users.

Do not alter or damage tees, baskets, trees, signs, or any course features.

Pets, alcohol, and smoking

Pets must be leashed and under control at all times; owners must clean up after their animals.

Smoking, vaping, and alcohol use must follow local law and any posted Runway1 rules. Where prohibited on-site, pass holders must refrain while on the property.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited for all pass holders.

Parking and property respect

Use designated parking areas only; vehicles are not allowed on fairways or non‑parking areas.

Pack out trash or dispose of it in designated receptacles; littering can result in removal from the course.

Do not enter neighboring private property to retrieve discs without explicit permission.

Assumption of risk and liability

Disc golf involves inherent risks, including the potential for personal injury and property damage.

By purchasing and using a day or season pass, the player acknowledges these risks and agrees to play responsibly and within their physical capabilities.

Pass holders agree to release and hold harmless Runway1, Wheels Up Disc Golf, and property owners/operators from claims arising out of ordinary use of the course, except where prohibited by law.

Enforcement and loss of privileges

Staff may warn, remove, or refuse service to any pass holder who violates this policy or posted rules; removal may occur without refund.

Serious or repeated violations (dangerous throwing, harassment, vandalism, theft, substance abuse, trespassing) may result in temporary or permanent revocation of day or season pass privileges.

Policy updates

Runway1 by Wheels Up Disc Golf may update pass pricing, operating hours, and policy terms at any time.

The current policy will be posted at the course and/or official online channels. All pass holders are responsible for reviewing current rules before play.
